Feeding : carnivorous or scavenging predators (polychaete worms, small crustaceans, bivalves, echinoderms)

Environment : shallow to moderate subtidal marine environments, Indo-Pacific, Mediterranean Sea, including the Black Sea, and the near Atlantic (Portugal and Morocco), at depths of 10–50 m on fine sand, mud, or mixed substrates
